Well....as you can see I have not been to the gym since my last update on here (although I did have a 30 min swim last week, and a game of roundes on the beach at the weekend). And, I abused my body with bad diet, and bad drinking (and hardly any water, non alcoholic drinks) at the weekend.
I now feel 'fat' again :( Obviously, I am not a bloater, but I feel the belly flab is back a bit more.
Monday will be the start of diet clean up, and re-fcosussing at the gym!
