Just having a quick skim through last night's posts, I think PJ's right, you need to "Pimp your Diet"!

Do you see eating "healthy" as a chore? Do you see it as deprivation?

One think I've learned is you can have the foods you fancy, just make a healthy alternative. If I fancy a greasy chicken kebab & chips, I sub in a lean grilled chicken breast, whack on a bit of Piri Piri, stick it in a toasted wholemeal pitta, plenty of salad, dash of dressing & maybe a little hummous, gorgeous. Racks up about 400 cals, compared to a 1000 odd, takes no time to make & I feel a whole lot better for it.
