Been a bit concerned about cutting after putting so much effort in to gain the weight in the first place but after a bit of number crunching it seems my figures are quite good and I've pretty much hit my target out of the park!!
Start:
148lbs @ 20% = Lean Mass 118.4 Fat 29.6
Currently:
161lbs @ 15% = LM 135.9 (+17.5) F 24.1 (-5.5)
My intermediate goal above and beyond DD which I think could be smashed in about 2 weeks is
Intermediate Goal:
155 @ 12% = LM 136.5 (+18.1) F 18.5 (-11.1)
Then longer term goal is to be about 180lbs @ 10% which I think could be achieved inside 6 months.
Final Notable Stats
Chest 40.5 (+2.5)
Bicep 13.5 (+1)
Forearms 11 (+0.5)
Wrist 6.25 (+.25)
Bodyfat; 17% upto about 20% and back down to about 15%, keeping on the cut for another few weeks.
