Right, did another workout today on my legs. Felt fresh after the last 2 days off.

Vertical Leg Press 255kg x12 255kg x12 255kg x12 (felt strong)
Leg Curl 98kg x12 98kg x12 98kg x12
Leg Extension 129kg x12 129kg x12 129kg x12 (more than I can squat, weird)
Calf Raise133kg x20 133kg x20 133kg x30 (went till failure)
Lunges with 2 x17.5kg dumbells 12 on each leg (as warm down)
Loved it today, felt great and strong. Upper body tomorrow and I havent done it since monday so hoping I feel good. Working legs Sunday too before pics as I think they have progressed the most. I kinda have a tear drop type effect on my quads lol.
Cant believe the DD challenge is almost over.
