The FA are pussies and cannot make a brave decision; they could not make a decision for Leeds, Luton or West Ham.
When they have to tackle the big-boys they have no chance. UEFA and the FA did not want Liverpool in the CL for 05/06 but had to accept that Liverpool will be playing in the CL.
