Everyone's been through this at one time or another. If you have had a lay off through injury, illness, work or domestic problems, set yourself a date to go back and stick to it.

Remember, you won't be as good or as fit as you were previously, so don't expect miracles. It's often the case that when somebody returns after a lay off they get disillusioned when seeing how much their old training mates have improved.

Stick with it and take it easy to start with. Remember the most important thing is - to ENJOY it all.
