I'm not pretending to be red leader (its actually a picture of Wedge, not red leader) BFG, it's just a pic. My profile doesn't say things like 'I'm an X-wing fighter pilot with 36 kills to my name. My proudest moment was the destruction of an imperial destroyer in the battle of Yavin' or such nonsense.

I think it is good the writer is not sacrificing his writing style by your preformed views of his visual appearance :-P
