Is there any way to make the pages that the plan is on wider? On my screen, it's literally a 2 inch column and it makes it difficult to read through :-(

I do like how it reads though!!

We've got other people saying how wide some of the pages on the site are Chris so not sure if we'll ever suit everyone. We're thinking of adding a "download to PDF" function which wouldn't have any of the extra boxes on at some point. Would that help?

It won't happen straight away Chris as our developer's up to his eyes in other stuff. I'll post when we have something though. Cheers, W

Anthony

Thanks for the weight loss plan ! It looks great, and Mrs Easy wants to give it a go [alright alright, form an orderly queue for the 'Mrs Easy' jokes ... :) ]

I know that men and women are pretty similar physiologically, but I just wanna check a few things ...

She's 27, 5'9 and 212lbs. From another website we've calculated that she needs to consume around 1800 calories per day for weight loss. Would this be what you recommend for her for this plan ? That could be 500 for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus 3 snacks of 100 calories.

She's been weight training for a few months, but it might be best for her to use the 'Starter level' exercises. What I understand from the plan is that it's 1 set of 10 reps to failure for each exercise - is that right ?

Thanks so much in advance. Once she gets going we'll post up some feedback !

not gonna answer for Anthony or he will slap me but good call on Mrs Easy doing the plan with ya as if both of you do it thn you will spur eachother on.

1800 sems pretty high but then again women go lower on the calorie scale

good luck to the pair of ya and look forward to seeing the blog and starting piccys (so they will be your last ever over weight piccys)

Heres to a 6 pack for next summer for the pair of ya

Thanks fella

It's great to be able to use this plan for Mrs E, there's such a paucity of good diet info out there for women ! So much of it in 'the media' is designed to be eye-catching and trendy, rather than sensible and effective. Who cares what the latest celeb craze diet is ... it's actually pretty irresponsible when you think about it.

I'm actually gonna concentrate on adding a little more muscle to my frame before cutting ... having started weight training myself in March I'm still very much experimenting with what works for me!

Mrs E and I usually eat our evening meal together ... shouldn't be a prob, just a case of me adding a little more rice / sweet potato to my plate.

As for the pictures, I'm not confident of persuading Mrs E of posting herself up, but you never know !

Easy
