just did a body pump class and FUKKIN LOVED IT!!!!!

Am being sent to be an instructor so have to take as many classes as possible. Was damn hard work tho! I used instructor weights too on my first sesh which is pretty awesome.

even more so considering gregster and I went nuts in the gym yesterday,

been pretty consistant with the exercise this past fortnight, diet is slowly getting better too and am already seeing some difference in my body hence my pre-weekly bathtime photo. Yay!

Am constantly eating/ hungry tho these past few days...I stuck a box of protein/carb bars in my car and have eaten them all !

oh yea and i did my first ever clapping push ups yesterday with greg as witness
