havent been gym for a few days cos of work, am knackered and got another army sesh tonight. Diets been good tho, packed lunches an all. Glad I've taken those pics as it helps me focus a bit more, I may do some stuff tonight...

so last night we did;

pullups till you die
then
negatve pull ups (25kg)
hugsie pullups (one hanging off the other)
then side to side pull ups
then drop sets on the chest
pyramids on the lat pulldowns

diet still sucks tho
