its great. i;ve been on form with meals and work and exercise. Its still a hard slog but I'm not as stressed or anxious as I was before. I honestly cant believe how much work I;ve gotten through today

last kettlebell workout I did was:


15x alt arm swings (20kg)
15x cleans (20kg)
15xsnatch (20kg on right, 16kg on left :S) 20 reps on each arm
10 front squat 24kg (still cant get any lower, pump works fine tho Razz)

I then asked greg to apply gentle downward pressure to the last 20 swings.

after soaking my hands in ice I want to wor up to using 24kg dumbbells either side, i'll take some pics later :D

one day a week is 'legs and tricks' training. yesterday it was flying rolls over barriers.

then we kept putting them higher and higher..here are the results. viewers of anervous disposition may wish to look away now ...

we had obstacles in the form of humans in the way. At one point I had to charge at an idiot with a skipping rope.

did struggle to drive home as my hip abductor stopped working, and it felt like my leg had dislocated from my hip :S
