Guys, you expend so much energy running towards the mats. You really should be looking to concentrate the power and spring for the trick so that you can do them from almost standing position.

Also remember that you're not it's not about distance, it's about height. You do not need to go far to clear a wall, you just need to go above it.

we're sort of trying to build up to landing on our feet somersault styley. Next week I want to try it from standing. When you run you get a bit more confidence to do it, which helps.
