xie xie dude.

not following any routine but my own, just trying to keep is simple, greatest amount of stimulation and micro tears with the greatest amount of rest. 60% is going to be diet so i reckon this log will turn into a food journal more than listing amazing feats of lifting.

thanks for the props dude

I dunno if you have ever looked at my training log. But I have been following a 2900cal diet from Mens Fitness for a month or so, just to get me in 'training' for eating enough food. On Firday I put two days worth into Fitday and it worked out that the diet was easily 1000-1500 calories short both days! Let alone seriously short on protein, about half of what I should be taking. I dontg understand how I have gained fat at the same time though, very confused!

aye i guess i am guesstimating, tho i use the calculation tools on maximuscle sometimes and a few meal plans specifically for bulking.

for example today i had 1 bowl of chicken pasta for breakfast, cyclone shake, two boiled eggs, chicken kebabs, another shake and another bowl of chicken pasta, with some fruit and cheese toasties interspersed. plus a bathful of water. bleugh...i'm eating like Slimer from ghostbusters...

So from HIIT to HIT, you are doing your own routine. Make your mind up!

the last routine you put up was crazy (the one you wanted comments on a few weeks ago), I'd get a proven weights routine under your belt and concentrate on the food.. you shouldn't be mentioning the S word yet either.

For some reason, he wants to do his routine for a few weeks and then change it again. I gave him a push/push/legs routine to do before his China trip, which he did do; however, lost the gains from the bulk while in China.
