Hi Mate
As mentioned, there's various ways of making push up's 'uneven' in one way or another, but there's no benefit to doing so.
Do raise your hands as they get harder, but raise your hands by an equal amount.
Keep it up!

Hi guys so far so good over the last 2 weeks i have lost 2lb and roughly 1cm from my stomach. But with 10 weeks left of a 12wk plan i ideally need to lose 10cm off my stomach is this realistic to lose 1cm a week as i get further into this workour plan and gradually increase the weight i am able to use to workout with?

Couldn't answer that. Putting specific numbers on something doesn't work well in the real world, as people store and lose fat differently throughout their body. My advice would be to trim the fat and see.
How did you go with getting the weights and bench in the end?
Did you manage to pick up a good cool bag?

Just wanted to ask is there a best time of day to workout as i workout in the evening at the moment but i have time in the mornings when i wake up to work before i have a shower and breakfast would that be ok?

Hi Mate
The best time is the time you're going to go consistantly. If you're working out before breakfast, get in some simple carbs about 20 minutes before you do remembering to take it into your calories, so a tall glass of fruit juice will be ideal here.

I managed to get a cool bag yes but i do not have room for the weights bench or weights as i rent a room and there is just no space as they dont have a garage either.
But on the my gym that i have right now i am near the bottom of the resistance so there is plenty of scope to increase and there are additional bands that can be added to make it evern hard so i think for next 12-18 weeks that i am working out to burn off body fat that will be ok for me and then afterwards once i get the desired results or very near them i can consider going to the gym possibly as most of them offer deals to get people in for about £20 a month for the "lifetime" subscription.
I am sticking to the diet well and moving out of home i totally control what i eat now although i could do with an alternative to ryvita and cheese spread as it goes soggy by the time i get to the afternoon snack.
Are there any yoghurts for example that i could have instead as my morning and afternoon snack that dont cost the earth like the nuller yoghurts as i am on a budget so trying to stick within it if i can.
And because of the minimal calorie loss i may just have a glass of milk in the morning and crumpets and lose the cheese slices.

Hi Lelloman,
Invest in some little plastic tubs, which you can get for next to nothing in the pound shops.
They will keep your ryvita fresh, and you can scoop in another some cottage chese or stuff and take them to work.
Upstairs in the fridge (at work) I've got tuna mixed with Reggae Reggae sauce (thanks Gahoo!), anothe one with ryvita and little tomatioes, and another with slices of melon and pineapple, and another with seeds and nuts to sprinkle on the fruit/yoghurt.
The tuna is very cheap at the moment in little 80g tins, cheaper than the big tins for some reason.
Cheap youghurt in packs of 8 at Lidl

What routine are you doing? Post up the last workout you did with resistance and reps to and we may be able to improve it for you.

Have another read of PJ's Post from earlier in the thread. It has tonnes of ideas in there, and Jimmie's post was also excellent at providing solutions.

Agree with Jimmie on the Lidl one's. Tesco Value low fat yoghurts (Muller lights without the price tag) are less than 30p for 4. Any supermarket will do their own brand yoghurts much cheaper, you just need to get yourself to the chiller section and have a look.
You'll be looking for 120 calories per pot or less.
Keep it up!

My exercise routine is as follows :-
Squats - 25-30lb
Kneeling Kick Backs - 20lbs
Seated Row 25lbs
Bent Over Row - 20lbs
Pec fly - 15lbs
Pec Press 15lbs
Overhead Press - 10-15lb
Front raise 15-20lb
Overhead Tricep Extension - 15lb
Concentration Curl 10-15lb
Hammer Curl - 15-20lb
Abs
Normal Cruch
Oblique Crunch
Raised Crunch
90 degree Crunch
And to end push ups on the push up bars to fatigue. I feel such a wimp looking at the equivalent resistantance measurements but i suppose that means the only way is up and the i have scope to go up 50-60lbs resistance so the mygym should see me through the fat loss stage then i can sell it at the end and use the money to join a gym and buils a bit of muscle!
