I don't really care who he buys as long as he dumps Craig Bellamy.
and I hope he doesn't pick him to play tomorrow night. That little turd doesn't deserve a Champions League medal

"If it happens [they win], everything I have done, all the rubbish I have gone through, it all becomes worthwhile," he said.

"Then it doesn't matter what anyone has said or written about me, I'll have the biggest trophy of all in my pocket."

says our Craig...

No, mate, you're wrong. You're just an overpaid little tosser who thinks he's above the law. A shiny medal isn't going to change that ...

Dudek and Fowler will not get their contracts renewed and he is not sure on Zenden. Cisse will be solded/loaned out, but Marseille want to pay less money for him.
Gonzalez and Bellamy are possible departures, while Carson may want to move to a team where he will start.

I would have kept Bellamy but he is bringing in the Leverkusen striker on a Bosman and we need another striker. He wanted to sell Crouch in January, but he cannot sell him now.

We need:
Goal-keeper, if Carson is sold/loaned
A young defender for Hyypia to mold
Lefts-sided midfielder, ideally someone who can play in central midfield too
Maybe a central midfielder too
World-class striker

My suggestions:
goal - keep Carson
defence - Steven Taylor (from Newcastle)
midfield - Robben and unsure
strike - Villa, Eto'o or Tevez

Robben would never be welcome at Liverpool!

Maybe cover in goal.
A young centre half.
Cover on the left- Kewell may be fully fit this year.
A top-quality right-sided player.
Torres or Villa up front.

That squad would win the league. No doubt about it.

I know, Robben would not be liked and I doubt Chelsea will sell to us anyway, but he need that type of player.

I doubt he's gonna make wholesale changes. We have the nucleus of a brilliant team so lots of changes would be detrimental and take at least one season for the players to gel together.
I reckon we should try to keep Carson, but he's such a good player I can't see him being satisfied with being left on the bench.
I agree we need another defender but don't think we need a midfielder. Mascherano looks like an excellent buy and we have cover in Sisso for him. Plus we've got Alomso who's made central midfield his. With Stevie on the right, maybe we'll someone new for the left though we should see how Kewell's doing first.
Up front it's difficult. The two strikers I want us to keep are Kuyt and Crouch but one of them'll have to be replaced by whoever we get. Think I prefer Kuyt to keep his place.
