How about some answers on hypertrophy mosts sites indicate the 5*5 approach yet we are doing 1 set to failure. I see the benefits in our approach yet cant see any benefit in lifting 75% for so many

Anthony is a brave man, I think he could dread wednesday lunchtimes from now on. Personally I think 1- 2 is the best time. One quick question I have is it going to have a negative affect on my muscle building and weightloss if I do an activity on my day off from the gym, i.e Tennis or swimming?

I've started the weight loss plan this week on the diet only, start at the gym on Monday. However, I play football for an hour and a half every Sunday without fail, and also for another hour and a half on a Sunday occassionally (if i can get a game). How will this affect the calorie controlled plan and so on?
Also, my family go for a curry every week without fail for a 'family get together' every Sunday, what are the best things to eat at a curry house?
Thanks.

Cool Tony, what does everyone else think. 12-1 or 1-2?
Cheers for your questions both. Keep them coming.

12-1 is good, because it doesn't eat into the lunch hour?

Oh and I've got another question as well! Feel like I'm hogging the thread now!
What's the healthiest way to make scrambled eggs? At the moment I'm using Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Are 'Low Calorie' sprays worth a go, or is microwaving an option to reduce the need for any sort of oil?
I know poaching is better but I'm eating the Chicken, Wholegrain Rice and Scrambled Eggs with Vegetables as suggested in the Weight Loss Challenge thread as my main meal every night.
Thanks.

Here's a good one:
What happens if I do too much exercise on a limited calorie intake?
Surely if I eat less and do more I will lose weight faster and somehow "better".
