great at portsmouth but a bit downhill at tottenham. 12m seems pretty steep, but then chelsea don't really care.

£12m! Spurs paid £6m for him, it seems the crazy transfer fee days are returning. Are Chelsea mad, they have CASHley at left-back and Chimbonda at right-back - looks like the board are happy with a UEFA Cup place next season.

That's if it's true. I heard both Spurs and Chelsea had dismissed it as newspaper talk. I can't stand the Sun at the best of times and certainly wouldn't believe anything it printed.
