Compared to Saw, it's nowhere near as gory. For me, that's a good thing. I hate movies that rely on freaking you out with gore but with no real substance. Personally i didn't think the twist was predictable in the slightest, and Wahlberg's character was more likeable than his character in Saw.
Wasn't the scariest movie i've watched but it was a good way to kill some time, and at 90minutes, it wasn't too long.
