Well there's 51 days left in which they can sign him, not very long! The way I understand it is that both Tevez and his Joorabchian want him to go to Man U and have written letters to West Ham requesting they cancel his registration with them. Now, if West Ham capitulate then surely that's evidence that the third party (Joorabchian's MSI company- Tevez's owners) has influence over Tevez (this is what the Hammers were fined for in the first place) which is a breach of Premier League rules! So West Ham have a choice, they keep an unhappy player on loan, or they allow him to move and face another hearing with Sheffield Utd ready to take further legal action!

West Ham were not forced into the loan. They did not want Mascherano - he was training with the reserves and only played 6 mins for WH. Whereas with Tevez, they want to keep him.

According to Sky Sports, Tevez has asked for his contract at West Ham be terminated, but the PL and West Ham both refused.

Apparently, his buy-out fee is about £30-35m, with most of that going to Corins'. If he is sold, Wset Ham must receive some money. I am not sure if this agent has paid off Corins' or will do with the money he recevies from the Tevez transfer.

One major issue the league faces, is that if they allow Tevez to move to Man Utd, without it without terminating his contract; Man Utd, Tevez and his agent would be breaching PL rules. After the issue with Sheff Utd, the PL do not want this to happen again.

The big issue is that, as West Ham want to keep him, if he does move it will be because MSI has 'influenced' the transfer which is what West Ham were fined for in the first place.

I think he is worth his full price tag. But doesn't that full 30 million depend on appearances and or other clauses?

He is already proven at Premiership level so would find it easy to adjust I beleive.

Although he looks like a beast from the zoo, I do think that he will be the biggest beast in the north west in terms of footballing ability. :)
I rate him as a world class football player.

I will definetly put him into my dream team and expect goals from the lad!

This transfer looks a bit like a mess to be honest.
