I'm still here !

I'm on a first aid course this week, so I've been practising stuff instead on being here. Everyone is tied up, so I can go online now.

The training centre shares the gym car park, so that's good. I've started a couple of new split routines which are hard work.

I'm no longer enjoying my swim on my non gym days, so I'm thinking of making a substitution. But what to do.........

Ha! Ha! In fairness, you could run rings around most of the folk half your age in my gym! Even on easy exercises like the lat pulldowns they slam the plates up and down!

Are you wanting to try another sport or just something for a bit of exercise on your own?

Changed things around in the pool this morning - instead of my continuous swim, I did lots of interval stuff, with hard swimming or six or eight lengths (short pool!) and rest in between. Enjoyed it a lot more.

My weight seems to have levelled out at 12st 4lb for the past month or so - not consciously trying to do any more with weight.

I guess I should start to do a lot of walking and stuff ready for my hill climb in three weeks - have you sponsored me yet??
