Legs session Sunday (as a result of the postponement of the hillwalk), and excellent upper body session this morning.
Concentrating on form and ROM again, but everything was largely working as it should be, so I suspect last Friday's crap session was just too close to Wednesday's session - not enough recovery.
I've discovered that I have one straight and one bent arm ! Not sure why - possibly the result of last years falling off the hill in Barcelona and using that arm and shoulder to bring me to a halt against a tree, or possibly years of swimming front crawl and breathing always on the right. That means that the 'power stroke' has my left arm straight, and my right arm bent. This could result in the bones strengthening against the resistance (Wolfe's Law ) ! My right arm just will not straighten at all !

Went to the gym last night with Brear, where he enjoyed his first workout for a while. I think he has sore arms today.
I was doing legs, and managed a set of 8 x 150kg squats – by biggest weight ever. I did have to abandon the workout half way through as I ran out of steam after that.
My legs are sore today to match his arms.
Afterwards we went to the pub and met up with Richy23 (who will be Richy24 next weekend). They had burger and chips, but I was very well behaved and only had a couple of Richy’s chips.
Met a girl at the bar who went to my old primary and secondary schools in Glasgow!
