Ok. Need to keep this brief at the moment, as in work.
However I do plan on doing this this year.
I won't be posting a before pic, Will can keep a hold of that one if he likes, until (if) I achieve my goal.
My Goal: To increase my muscle mass and further definition.
What measurements do you require Ant?
I will post more later when I have more time.
Cheers

Hi Mate
For your goals, weight, waist, neck, thigh, upper arm tensed, and upper arm relaxed, would bee good markers of progress.
Good Luck!

I think you do it around your belly button

Hope Anthony doesn't mind me taking this from his EMB pdf,
Neck
Measure this just above your Adams apple.
Chest/Back
Take a few shallow breaths in and out, then hold a shallow
breath in, and wrap the tape measure around the nipple line
Upper Arms Flexed
Lift your upper arm up until it’s parallel to the floor, then bend
your elbow to 90 degrees and tense your biceps. Wrap the tape
measure around the largest part.
Upper Arms Relaxed
With your arm by your side, wrap the tape measure around the
upper arm half way between shoulder and elbow.
Forearms
With your arm by your side, rotate your hand so the palm is
facing outwards. Wrap the tape measure around the largest part.
Waist
Stand up straight with your head up and shoulders back. Wrap
the tape around the waist at navel level.
Thighs
Distribute your weight evenly between both legs, and pass the
tape measure around the biggest part of the thigh.
Calfs
Again with weight distributed evenly, pass the tape measure
around the biggest part of the calf.

Ok, so I have put up my measurements, no pic as yet, however my goals:
I want to increase my bulk more and add definition.
I don't feel I need to cut any, I am not that big to start with, therefore am going straight on to bulking etc.
I have no idea of what program to follow or workout splits etc, so any advice/help welcome, as for diet, Ender was going to send me something over (still waiting Ender!)
Anything else u wanna know, just ask.
