To be honest mate, pretty slack! Had loads on with work and a few busy weekends that have left me feeling drained all week long - I must be getting old!!
On the bright side I've dropped my BF a bit further - down to about 8% now @11.5st now but really need to get back down and do some training; eating seems to be an issue at the moment, don't seem to have the appetite...
8%? That's pretty lean! How have you measured that?
Sadly not, was ill for a while, and now started fasting for ramadhan so that's it for the gym for a month.
I got a set of calipers ages ago so used them to do a 3 site skinfold test (chest, abdominal, thigh) - comes out as 8.01% through here (7mm, 9mm, 11mm, 29).

I find that for me, those always give measurements that seem far too low, around 9% when I'm prob closer to 13%. Either way, nice one! Now when are you going to stop slacking?

I thought it sounded a bit low though that still means I'm carrying a total of about a stone of BF. As for the slacking... I was actually planning on going down tonight but a shit storm has kicked off at work and it doesn't look like I'll be getting out until late tonight... If I make it out at a reasonable time I promise I'll get myself down there though!! :)
