Been working out for a few years in spurts here and there, usually putting down a good effort for a month or so then backing off, still making consistent progress but because of all the stop starts it has been slow. I'm currently in the middle of a bulk which I am considering starting back up (it stalled over xmas) and continuing until the end (in about a months time) and then cutting after that for the remaining weeks. So my goal is to end up 12 weeks down the line with 2-4lbs more muscle and 2-4lbs less fat, I want to cut slowly and keep all the muscle.
Before picture was taken from end of Abs Challenge, I put on a few pounds of muscle since then, and then a few pounds fat over xmas. I will take a proper starting picture before the 11th.
I am 22, 5’11” tall and the rest of my stats are below.

You should get plugged into Enders machine thingy, that will give you an exact reading.

I know I'm not, but that is what the caliper and tape measurement calculator on Anthony's site says. I'm not using it as an absolute, I'm using it as a guideline that things are moving in the right direction. I've read if the difference between your tensed bicep and relaxed bicep measurement is an inch and a half you are around 10% sicne you can't tense fat, also my camera and lighting isn't really the greatest, the mirror gives a much better picture.

The electric impulses machines, they aren't really exact. How hydrated I am will affect that, you also said you didn't believe it anyway.

It is hard to get an exact reading.
I'd say Matt from that pic you are between 15-20% but like you say, pics add a few pounds I agree!
Good luck with the challenge!
