Dear Anthony

I am going to follow your Daniel Craig workout plan for MM08 - should I continue with this for the whole of the challenge, and just keep upping the weights, or should I - with your help ;) - look at changing it at some point during the course of the 12 weeks?

Is it possible to increase strength while on a calorie deficit? What kind of % can I expect in 12 weeks and any pointers on how best to train?

I want to get alot stronger on the deadlift, so i'm thinking doing 3x3 on them or even lower. Is this suicidle on a calorie defecit? Cheers

Couple of questions re: chin ups...

- should the grip be over- or underhand? I have been doing over, as I understand pull ups to be underhand grip

- how can I stablise my body more when doing this exercise? I have a tendency to swing a bit.

Its the otherway around; chinups is underhand (ie palms facing you). Pullups are overhand

Anthony,

Moving on from Bens question, i am looking to "train" myself to do 10 chinups/pull ups before the end of the competition (this is not my agreed goal, just a challenge i have set myself)

Will pull ups be more benificial as i guess they work more muscles? and can you suggest some excercises i can add/replace within my routine to help me build up to them.

At the moment i can do 2 chins but no pull ups, but i managed to get myself doing dips last year from nothing, based on the advice of the guys here.
