Just got back from a two day Kung-fun patterns course which was really inspiring and exhausting in advance of my trip to China next month when I'll be training with two kung-fu masters.
I'm just getting more and more interested in this stuff but there seems to be less about it up here on the boards than there used to be.
So, as I finally put my feet up for a bit of relaxation I thought I'd ask what everyone else is up to with their Martial Arts these days.

So not much martial art activity on here then? Wimps!

I picked up a little shoalin kung fu on my travels through tibet. Recently I've mostly been kicking the little sh1ts near my house in their heads.
I bruise only on the inside.

you start a thread asking which martial art is the best though and you will never hear the end of it ;-)

Kung fu is for sissys. Angry mum training is the best. It teaches you how to be like an angry mum. The main method of attack is the 'wet hand slap'. When your mum hits you, she always has a wet hand from washing the pots. It's like getting a haymaker from mike tyson. Only wetter.
The 'rolling pin thrown like a girl' can be a killer too. Because you throw it like a girl, its flight is random, and it can rebound of the floor in an odd direction. Fatal in the right hands.
My teacher is Rita from Wigan. She's 48 and has 3 kids and has been an angry mum for 20 years.
