Not sure if anyone can help, but, i'm currently using the Daniel Craig workout and enjoying it very much apart from two things, the deadlifts and the parallel bar lifts. I get lower back problems and have an annoying tendinitis injury that reoccurs in my right shoulder.
What can i replace the deadlifts and parallel lifts for?
Are there any exersizes recommended to help ease my tendinitis? I'm currently doing stuff to strengthen my rotary cuff.

I get pain in my right shoulder when doing shoulder presses/lateral raises. Is this what it might be for me? I am currently taking ibuprofen and avoiding shoulder exercises. Going to go back to the docs next week if it isnt any better.

How is your form on the deadlifts? It needs to be 100% perfect. If I'm lax with my deadlift form in anyway I can be guaranteed lower back discomfort the next day.
Does the DC workout offer alternatives? I know on the Gym Rat workout it offers Back Extensions as an alternative to Stiff Legged Deadlifts. I guess for parallel bar lifts a tricep pushdown movement would be a worthy alternative

pinch your shoulder blades back together wen you do these types of exercises, you should find it helps immensely. Also consider lowering the weight.
Also, switch your first two days around so you do the Squat workout in your first workout of the week, and the Leg Press workout in your last workout of the week.
