You CAN do this. Seriously with your diet and exercise you can shed it. Let us look at that....

39 lbs over 12 weeks is = 3lbs a week plus a few pennies.

Man you can do that!

I lost 25lbs in 9 weeks which is almost 3 lbs a week and I did a lot wrong!

Believe!

I'm in. I'll ask Anthony what a realistic goal is for me.
I'd like to lose about 20lbs before i go on holiday at the end of June.

Long haul, i need to lose 4 stone of fat, but this is my target for end of June, pending Anthony's approval.

I'm in.

Due to get my Bodyfat professionally measured next week, and would like to use the challenge to shift some more BF, so I'll get some targets then. I'm happy with my weight, but a bit more fat loss and muscle growth target would be good.

I'll use my ongoing thread to do it.

Cheers BC.
I just suspect going from untrained to trained I done ok.
Got a feeling it will slow down, I dont expect to be able to lose 3lbs per week for ever. We shall see though, and I will give it my best shot.

Cant we persuade you to start a new thread a bit like Mr MS?

Sorry Jimmie, I thought I already added you.

You should be able to manage 2 stone in the time no problem. I don't think I need to add "as long as you work hard and have your diet spot on", because you already know the deal :)
