Some people already seem to be flagging (naming no names). How are people doing, motivation wise? Anyone need a good kick up the backside to get them back into the groove (or even more harsh, a post by Barcode) ?

My motivation is rising by the day :)
Just getting going properly (that doesnt mean I have been slacking neither!).
However, typically, back pain has just came from nowhere. Right in the middle of my shoulder blades, turning my head feels a bit awkward. Popped a couple of ibuprofen and going to have a hot bath. It better be gone by the morning!!

oooh thats annoying! try to relax it may well just have come about thru tension / stress

Highly annoying. It probably is tension/stress as most of my ailments seem to come from. Fingers crossed.

How do I feel?

I suspect everyone knows. I am really enjoying this and I appreciate that whilst I do not see a difference in the mirror from day to day the changes are happening. I also ignore motivation. A lot of days I wake up so tired I can't bear the idea of going to the gym or not but I do not ask myself that question.

I ask... am I going to the gym or going running? If it is a gym day I do not even bother with that... I just get myself together and get on with it.

Afterwards I feel great as I have pushed through any apathy which makes me know I can do that every time.

On the rest days the question ensures that I do something. I also know the end of this challenge will come and I will be able to look at the before and after pics and see a difference. I look forward to that.

Poor lardass - maybe get a professional massage?

As for me, I am really enjoying the challenge, it is keeping me motivated and on my toes. I am beginning to suspect I am not going to reach my targets but I am going to try damn hard anyway!

@richy - I worked best when I used to go gym with my flatmate, I used to wish I had a training partner but they would prob want to do something v different to me anyway and have gotten used to training alone when I feel like going.

my housemates go to the gym (one has only just started going teh other has been all ytear). but they both prefer going v early morning, have cardio days and wouldnt want to do the same stuff as me. I need to find someone who loves HIT as much as me! lol

Probably very hard so I'll continue pushing myself and going alone.
