Weight fluctuates too, so it isnt a science.
A bad day, a bad week can easily be overcome by 56 days doing well (about the number of days left).

Sorry to bypass the update, top work by the way Lardy :) but I've just discovered how my body weight fluctuates, I knew it did but not to the tune of 5lbs. I weighed myself Monday morning after I'd been to a BBQ the day before & I had gained 4 pounds, I weigh myself this morning & I've lost 5 lbs, crazy

Chin up Tom, long haul :)

Just thought I would give some people some advance notice.
A week tomorrow is the next update.
As usual if people can give an executive summary (specifically those with longer threads) it would be appreciated. This will be the half way mark (already!).
If anyone wants to show some progress my means of pictures, feel free.
You should be seeing a difference by now (well the cutters anyway).

Thanks!
