Lost a pound of fat and quarter of an inch around waist, a good start. Was planning to do a workout later but I've got a bit of back pain so might give it a miss.

Unless it's cripplingly painful, you should go. Otherwise missing one will turn into missing more, and you'll have jacked it in before October!

so did my weekly "test"

First week, this week and my target. Form and cadence better than first effort, rest reduced, at push up ten I fell onto my face and lay there for a bit which is good.

haha, I twisted it funny, better safe than sorry I think. Pleased with that though, I hope my powerbar will go in new place ok so I can keep it up.

How are you finding it?I am thinking about getting some sort of pullup bar and am also wary of wrecking doorframe/wall

I like it, but the hook things have pushed into the wall a bit, so I'd try the foam like loki and pj suggested above right from the start. Other than that it does feel nice and solid.

sorting out new job and apartment has been a bit crazy, up at 6, bed a ten, home from work sometimes at 8ish. Eating junk and no gym.

But, tomorrow I should move the last of my stuff in, which should free up 4-5 hours either side of my day so I can start cooking and doing some exercise.
