Weeks 3-4 Summary

Week 3 starts on page 9

Weight Loss: 4 lbs (6lbs in total)
BF Loss: 1.3%

Workouts & diet have been fine. Been upping the effort levels.

Have posted frontal pics

The Abdominal skinfold has been 25mm for the last few weeks, hoping to make a dent in it over the next 3 weeks as it's proving stubborn & getting on my nerves.

Will weigh in for week 4 on Monday morning

Have purchased toasty bags from Wilko's -£1.99 bargain, can now make ham & cheese toasties at work for lunch

ETA: Also forgot, went on the beers over Bank Holiday weekend & ate some junk :S

Good work to achieve a 6 pound fat loss - espcially as you don't have a lot to lose.

I wonder if you can start a Mansized fuelled stampeed for toasty bags at Wliko's :-)

I'll be on Monday to post my verdict about the toastie bags, quite excited about trying them in some odd little way (who gets excited about toastie bags on a Friday afternoon when the sun's shining :D )

Thanks :) 4 of those 6 lbs went in one week with some muscle I suspect, I lost nothing last week thanks to an undisciplined weekend

Weigh In 11th May 2008

13st 8lbs! (190lbs) + 4 lbs on last week, 2lbs loss in total, 31lbs since the start of MM08

As can be imagined, I’m pretty pissed off with myself today, not massively but a little.

Diet for the week was ok, I struggled to keep down to 1500 cals a day but managed ok, gymed it 3 times & kept on top of the water.

The weekend comes & it started off well, then a social event cropped up, a mate wanted a BBQ. Brilliant, the weather was spot on & I fancied it & let the diet slip, A hot dog, a burger, a chicken bap & numerous bottles of beer. Enjoyed it & had a top evening with my mates. Got home at 3 am & dragged my ass to the gym at 10 am Sunday morning.

Another BBQ cropped up, so I kept the diet tight for the rest of the day. 10 pints of water, a burger & a hot dog, not as bad but blew the day. Overall a shite weekend on the diet front, I had a great weekend with my mates & was outside in the sun all weekend.

Weigh in this morning & I’m 4 pounds heavier than last Monday. I have had a dump since then, but that’d probably account for a pound. It was my own fault, but hardly binged all weekend. It really annoys me, mates will binge all weekend & not gain an ounce, I'm good all week, enjoy myself a little on the weekeend
& put 4 pounds on. I’ll re weigh in tomorrow & see how it pans out.

1800 calories a day this week & I’m determined but to screw this week up especially with the Bank Holiday weekend coming & I’ve a wedding to attend in a few weeks
