Do we not get to see the front of you?

No dodgy tattoo I'm afraid mate :) I did take a couple of pics from the front but they didn't come out too well, I kept chopping my arms off the picture. The side & back pics told a better story during MM08 so I'll just stick with those

Funny... that sounds familiar! Pretty much all of my socialising involves booze as Im part of a rugby team and I follow Charlton Athletic home and away - so very hard to avoid! But Im managing... although its getting a bit tedious.. Im an all or nothing sort of person so barring a couple of planned events Im teetotal.

Nice pics - very artistic too! Heres to the start of the 12 weeks!

It all goes down to the binge drinking nature of the country, to a lot of people fun= getting lorded. I do enjoy the odd drink, but I'm the same as you, it's all or nothing.

The pics show off my self timer & cut & paste skills :)

I usually like a good binge drink.. and its usually the only alcohol I have all week, although Im aware thats not the best way to do things!!

Time for routine A tonight, really looking forward to it & have that funny nervous feeling for some reason. There's a few exercises I've not done in a while & I'm thinking I may use the Smith Machine for Incline Bench Presses & Close Grip Presses just for the ease & speed of it

Hopefully I'll be able to superset everything, on the Gym Rat routine it wasn't a problem but for this I need to superset 3 lines of 3 exercises.

I'll drop the weights slightly for the exercises I'd been doing on the Gym Rat, so that I get a bit of a run up at some PB's.

Diet is spot on so far today, I'm on my 6th or 7th pint of chilled water & hunger is at bay

Tuesday 15-04-08

Breakfast: Oats 50g, 200ml Milk
Snack: Wholemeal Muffin, 2 slices Ham, Low Fat Cheese slice
Lunch: 2 rounds of Bread, ½ can Tuna, Apple
Snack: Yoghurt 150g, Banana
Dinner: Cottage Pie, Mixed Veg 150g
Snack: Pitta Bread, Bacon Medalions, Low Fat Cheese slice, Extra Light Mayo 15g,

Cals 1715 Protein 130g (30%) Carbs 215g (50%) Fat 38g (20%)

1800 cals is quite a lot of food if spent wisely, I even fell short due to substituting my bagel for a muffin as I’d ran out, which has about 100 cals less. I had a great snack last night, healthy range bacon medallions with mayo & grilled cheese, nice nice.

Rountine A

Leg Press: 67.5kg x 14
Machine Pullover: 55kg x 8
Lat Pulldown: 40kg x 13

Incline Smith Press: 20kg x 11
Close Grip Smith Press: 10kg x 9
Seated Cable Row: 20kg x 9

Machine Shoulder Press: 15kg x 8
Machine Bicep Curl: 20kg x 8
Abdominal Crunch: x 12

Effort: E-
Attainment: 0

Bit of a piss poor effort, I need to get myself geared up mentally again & get the GRRR back into my workout. I dropped most of the weights & still struggled, I felt like a right girl, struggling on the Shoulder Press. Hopefully after a week or two, all shall be restored

For some sad reason I find posting my diet quite therapeutic :D

I cut down to 2 black teas from 3. I used to have one around about now, but I drink water instead. Tea seems to fill me up & put me off drinking water. I'm finding sugar free cordial quite handy, I drink 2 pints of it when I get back in from work. During the day when I'm at work I'm constantly guzzling & peeing. I'm upto 2 litres now before breaking the seal :)

I'm wondering if there's a maximum amount?
