OK Im getting in on this action...

Im currently 8 weeks into a 12 week program with Anthony that Ill be continuing with... so for 12 weeks from Monday my aim is to lose at least 15 pounds/6.8 Kilos.

In the last 8 weeks ive lost about 8.8lbs, and really want to push things.

Current Stats:

Weight - 62.5 KG (137.5lbs)
Height - 153cm (5ft and a fag paper..)
Wrist - 14.5cm (5.7")
Chest/Back - 95.5cm (37.6")
Waist - 75.5cm (29.72")
Hips - 93cm (36.61")
Thigh - 59cm (23.22")
Calf - 35.5cm (13.97")

Current workout - weights 3xper week, cardio 2xper week.

Weights workout A
3xDips
3xChinups
2xProne Row
2xDumbell incline chest press
2xDumbell bicep curl
2xOverhead tricep extension

Weights workout B
3x wide stance leg press
2xhamstring curl
2xHip adduction
2xHip abduction
3xStiff leg dead lift
Bicycle crunch
Reverse Ab Crunch
Plank

This is a new workout plan that im starting on Sunday, as Anthony changes my workouts every fortnight and assesses progress at that stage as well.

For the past 8 weeks Ive followed a calorie counting diet with Anthony - first 6 weeks at 1800 calories a day, last 2 weeks 1700.

Typical meal plan:

breakfast:
porridge oats with skimmed milk
1 toast with marmite

AM snack
apple

Lunch
Sandwich with turkey, cottage cheese, lettuce, beetroot
Apple

PM Snack
Yoghurt

Dinner
Cod with Couscous
Vegetables

Post bed snack
Bagel with cottage cheese

3-4 litres of water a day.

Further info:
I had a knee reconstruction in December, so I'm rehabilitating that as well and progress will depend on how this goes - if i have any setbacks etc.

So far i have completely cut alcohol out of my diet - the usual plan is to drink at 6 week intervals.

I have rugby tour on May 2-4, and a dinner on the 17th so those could hinder progress around that time, but hopefully overall I can reach the target.

Thats it!! Lets do it!!!
