I reckon he'd be getting physio for knee trauma

I think its different goals too - BC is cutting ready for a big bulk, Im trying to lose fat and change habits, but also keep fitness in check for my knee.. i know how fast i usually add and lose weight, so Im happy with where Im at and how Im going about it.
Id like to do more challenging cardio but have to start slowly with the knee.

Is the cardio you do for your rugby fitness or weight loss Foxy?

More for rugby fitness and knee rehab - i usually run one day - 20 mins in total (although not quite 20 mins continuous running yet) then 25 mins mixing rowing/cycling/cross trainer - Im able to push myself more on that session. Ultimately the cardio is more for my knee rehab than anything else.

Good to keep it moving and get it to work a bit.

Lol... yes but oddly its true - it needs to get stronger and the graft needs a bit of stress to develop properly.. its like breeding a new knee, and its purpose is rugby so it needs to be a good one!!

I know what he meant - but it just didn't sound quite right - unless he's an alien with a heart on his knee ?

medication is available for you, you know. You just need to speak to your doctor.
