I like crisps.

I used to eat a bag, or two, or three a day.

I was 16 1/2 stone.

I am now 12 1/2 stone, and haven't bought bag of crisps since July 2007, when I started the Mansized challenge. I would still take a handful if I saw them on a buffet table.

I'm not saying that my weight loss gain / loss was down to crisps, but every little helps.

They are probably OK for an occasional treat - perhaps a couple a week, but they are no longer part of my diet

They're not too bad, as Jimmie suggests though I wouldn't eat them everyday. You could get more healthier food for the calories though.

Morrisons do some healthy eating crisps, only about 40 calories a bag that do the job, I'd guess most supermarkets do

I rarely eat crisps, but if I do, I'll get those nice ones from Pret/Starbucks or from Philpots.

What???? You have changed Wes, bring the old Wes back! If you want crisps you need Flamin Hot monster munch or maybe some McCoys or Walkers max paprika flavour mmm

I think I am just anal.
Although a pack of crisps now and again is probably harmless, its just my frame of mind. If I am "in the zone", I dont want to eat any crap.
If I do, I think I would probably start slipping.
Maybe I am a bit like a drug addict, all or nothing.

I'm a crisp fan. But I very rarely eat them now, just as a treat because they are totally empty calories.

I like the spiral salt and vinegar ones from M&S (Boots do a 'Shapers' version which are only 70cals a bag) and the maize ones that are like salt and vinegar chipsticks.

Can't beat a Frazzle or Monster munch either.

Lardy when you are losing, you HAVE to behave like that I think. I know I did.

Nothing anal about it.

If you are working hard why would you want to feck that up with crisps, burgers, chips or *cough* fags?

Stick with it.

Lol. I can't be so focused on my diet anymore so I have the odd piece of rubbish. A new Krispy Kreme doughnut place has opened near my work. I'm gonna get a box.

I agree with you on the monster munch. If the crisps aren't ridiculously hot or at the very least spice based, I'm not interested.
