Hey guys, after failing to post to the latter of mansized 08, im back on track with my diet and gym work. I done relativly well towards the end, but never posted in my final update as i felt a bit rude on Jimmie. However, i'm now back at uni, have access to the gym and visit to spain in july which is going to be my main encouragment!

GOALS

The goals this time around are a little bit differnt as its not so much weight to lose just the flab!:

- I need to sort out my diet in to 5/6 smaller meals a day and really start to drink a lot more water.
- Concentrate on getting to the gym 3 times a week and start a more rigorous plan.
- i want to get to a 32" pair of jeans by july and have the confidence to be on the beach.

My holiday in july of last year i was around 16 stone and in 40" jeans. So for me this is going to be the one year mark and it would be great to lose the last bit of weight.

STATS

WEIGHT - 12 Stone - 76 kgs
BF - ?? (no scales/calipers to measure)

WAIST - comfterble in a 34" jean (will measure later)
HIP - will measure later
CHEST - will measure later
BICEP - will measure later
NECK - will measure later

PROGRAMME

I decided that i am going to copy the workout that jas done last year, after talking to anthony i am going straight in at the deep end and taking on where he started at week 8:

Week 7 and 8
Leg Press / Calf Raise
Dumbbell Pullover / Chest Press
Machine Row / Machine Shoulder Press
Machine Curl / Tricep Pushdown
Abdominal Crunch / Back Extension

In week 7, rest for 3 minutes after each superset, and in week 8, cut this rest time to 2 minutes.

Week 9 and 10
Leg Extension / Leg Curl
Leg Press / Calf Raise
Dumbbell Pullover / Chest Press
Machine Row / Machine Shoulder Press
Machine Curl / Tricep Pushdown
Abdominal Crunch / Back Extension

In week 9, rest for 3 minutes after each superset, and in week 10, cut this rest time to 2 minutes.

For the final two weeks, we’ll be performing supersets of 3 exercises back to back rather than two:

Weeks 11 and 12
Leg Extension / Leg Curl / Leg Press
Dumbbell Pullover / Chest PressMachine Row
Machine Shoulder Press / Machine Curl / Tricep Pushdown
Abdominal Crunch / Back Extension / Calf Raise

PHOTOS!

Photo's are at the bottom of this thread..

Cheers Guys, thanks in advance for any support and good luck!

Good luck mate! Out of interest, how tall are you? If I weighed 12 stone you wouldn't see me from the side!! (6'2")

Hi gprim, i really trained hard when i got back from that holiday last year, as it was just a bit of a turning point in my life, i was starting university in September (last) so that was a bit of extra motivation.

To be honest i lost most of my weight between sept - December when i started uni, even with all the drinking! I think it was down to a lifestyle change and of course not being able to cook! But at the same time being in control of buying my own food, so i just didn't buy the bad stuff.

Now the hard part is keeping it off, because every time i go home my mum spoils me rotten!

If anyone knows how i can get them in to my top post, instead of just flooding my own thread, let me know! ha
