Do you get free beer as well Bubbles ? I can remember going to the brewery in Magor, and they had a full bar in their conference area - with NO TILL ! Fortunately we had booked a mini bus for travel
Diet was going pretty good but then I had a pool match for my old mans pub and had two packets of walkers big eat crisps and a pile of fish shop chips!

Not looking good is it. I have been v good this since Monday though, and hopefully I will be ready for a clean bulk then
Last workout of my cut today and it went quite well apart from the bench pressing, which I struggled with today for some reason. Swapped close grip chins to wide grip pull ups (body weight) which were a lot tougher as expected!
Started the bulk this week. Diet has been pretty good apart from getting drunk saturday night.

I'm going to be aiming for around 3100kcals a day with a split of 40/40/20 so I will see how I get on.
Still around 12%bf but weight has dropped to just about 80kg. Looking forward to adding some much needed mass now!
