Here's my update for Lardy! You don't have to go trawling through my thread now pal!
Ok, to begin, the diet's been going very well. I've not cheated once though perhaps my biggest criticism is that I've not been eating enough veg! I have a decent bit of spinach on my sandwiches but it's difficult to eat veg when I'm constantly on the go! I'm starting to prepare salads now and taking them with me to help overcome this. I've been eating plenty of fruit but want more veggies!
With the water, I'm pretty sure I'm drinking enough! I'm getting through 6-7 litres a day, of which at least 5 is iced. Seeing as I was only drinking about 2.5 litres at first, I'm pretty pleased with this.
In the gym I seem to have plateaued a little but I'm still working hard and am introducing two new exercises next week (if I can fit them in to my limited gym time). I've had a few bad sessions but a few brilliant ones too so am happy with that also.
So, down to the nitty gritty, the results! I can't get onto the Perfect Waistline site (keeps saying the server's not responding) so I'll just post my weight and measurements below,

Week 1[/u]

Weight 237.6lbs
Neck 39.7cm
Waist 110.1cm

Week 4[/u]

Weight 223.8lbs -13.8lbs
Neck 39.2cm -0.5cm
Waist 104cm -6.1cm

So, that's nearly a stone lost in 4 weeks! And 6cm off my waist! I'm sure some of that weight loss will be water though, and maybe some muscle but nevertheless, I look slimmer and feel a lot fitter so am very pleased with that! Bring on the next 4 weeks!

Fantastic results mate.
Your walking the walk after talking the talk.
Keep it going.

Cheers guys, just to put things into perspective though, I had a lot of weight to lose so it was always gonna start coming off quickly, plus, unlike most people on here, I'd not been dieting or training regularly so the loss will tail off from now on in. Still, I am chuffed with those results and it's in no small part thanks to the support I've had and competitive mind set I've developed from this challenge. Thanks!

Thanks Gprim! I don't just wanna have good results over 4 weeks though, I want them over the whole 12 weeks then the 12weeks after that! With that in mind, here's my workout from today. I'm not going into detail as it's late and I'm tired!
Leg Press 7x160kg
Pullover 10x30kg
Bench 6x48kg
Row 7x52.5kg
Military Press 8x32kg
Dumbbell Curls 6x14kg, 7x14kg
Back Extension 12x97.5kg
Swiss Ball Crunches 15x14kg
Leg Extension 12x35kg
Leg Curl 12x45kg

Yawn! Goodnight!

Not until your body fat is really low will it tail off assuming you work hard and control your diet.

Yeah, I always thought it began to taper off as there's less of it to lose. I could be wrong though! I'll find out over the next 4 weeks!

It will taper off, but for people with alot of excess weight that won't happen for a while.
