Ha! Same at my place, the leg extension's been buggered for a week & don't even think it's been looked at yet, just has an Out of Order sign slapped on it. Nice cheap though so mustn't grumble

My gym has impressed me recently. Stuff gets fixed pretty quickly and they've put back the bench they removed (for some unknown reason). I didn't even have to put a stroppy suggestion in the suggestion box!

Now if only they could ban kids....

Yeah they've been good replacing equipment recently. There are a host of treadmills out of order but then, its cardio equipment and who cares ;-)

Last work out of my half dozen challenge.
I am seriously pissed because I was kicked out of the gym halfway through my session.
My gym closes at 6pm and the little prick 'fitness instructor' closed at 1740 because there was only a handful of people and he obviously had places to be.
The little prick doesn't know that I know his manager and he will be getting a right bollicking shortly.
Anyways, I will do final weigh in tomorrow. Did I lost a stone in six weeks? I doubt it, but will keep going anyway until I reach the 13st 7lbs mark or thereabouts.

Cheers,

SB

So after my six week dirty dozen challenge I didn't manage to lose a full stone but I lost *counts with fingers* 11lbs of the gooey stuff.

25/05/08 Started at 15st 13lbs
06/07/08 Finito at 15st 2lbs

Pleased enough with that but as I said this is only the beginning of a long haul effort.
I've actually been very down about my weight recently which I never really had before but no more feeling sorry for myself. Do the crime, do the time.

Congrats to everyone on their efforts and rock on.

Cheers Jimmie,

I am aiming for an awesome physique by around September/October.
But happy enough with the 13lbs weight loss as a starter.

On another note, I have just gotten 5 mates 3 female and 2 male to start the twelve week gym beginners weight loss workout from here. I'm like their unnofficial PT.
I might post there stats and progress here without telling them!
Yeah I will use make up names for them and post.
