2 WEEK ROUND UP FOR LEANER:
I have made a bit of progress on lifting stats, I need to work on not splitting sets, it is a case of gaining the confidence to keep pushing/pulling.
Went off the rails with fine weather walking but have stopped that now :-)
Diet went bandy when the joints were playing up, but stuck to 1200-1300 every day this week.

Both :-( I don't drive so even on a non "fancy a walk" day I troll over 4 miles at a good pace, public transport lets me down too, roadworks meant I didn't get in until 7.45 on weds.

So you must be deadlifting more than I am, because I put 55kg on an EZ bar which will be lighter than the barbell you are presumably using.

Knee was having a bit of a whinge so failed at Routine A on Monday.
Just done:
Routine B
5 second Negative Chin Up 8 rpes
3 mins rest
Deadlift 55k 6 reps x 2
No rest
Shoulder Press 8 1/4 kg (+ 1/4 ) 5 reps x2
2 mins rest
Deadlift 55kg 5 reps x 2
No rest
Shoulder Press 81/4 kg 6 reps + 4
2 mins rest
Dumbell Rows 12kg 12 reps
Bench Dips with 10kg sand bag on lap 12 reps
2 mins rest
Dumbell Rows 12kg 10 reps
No rest
Bench Dips 10 reps
1 min rest
Did V ups instead of bicycle crunches just for a change.
All OK - I can feel I am working in a comfort zone - it is up to me now to stay put or push for more.
I'd like to be able to do more than one positive chin up so I am having a bash at Tony the pull up bar most mornings for one rep and whatever of a part rep.
