What about stuffing your pockets with some weights or get one of those fancy weight vests.
I used to do barbell squats next to the couch with loads of pillows, so when i had no energy left to lift weight from behind my neck or get back up from a squat i just tipped it to one side.
Not really recommended tho.

Having problems with my hands getting ripped , I have a combination of callusussessssss and dermatitis which is being aggravated by the knurled bars of the weights.
I must confess I'll be glad when the challenge is over now and I can concentrate on doing the workouts properly rather than putting myself under pressure to try and keep upping the workrate.
I am still getting feeling negative about my training if I can't post an increase in kg pushed/pulled.

You are doing a good job. Stick with it PJ.

You and me too.
Especially the dips and the chins.
I am starting to think PJ is a GI Jane or whoever.
