Inspired by, now MIA Captain, I lost over 2 stone on T-Plan and had a log over on MH. I was well into it, loved reading about nutrition etc. I even had a good time during it, as I stuck to drinking vodka instead of being a hermit / going out and not drinking.
I did this while working away for 10 months. A week after returning I got hammered and broke my ankle, pretty badly. The muscle I had gained kept the weight off quite well. Then I returned to Uni for my final year.
A lot of Uni work, a lot of injuries, a hell of a lot of laziness and almost 4 years of half-arsed training and quarter-arsed dieting and I’ve put on over two stone.
I now look like a pregnant hippo.
I have a very good diet in general, it's just it's a diet for two people. Portion size has been the main culprit. I have a pretty sedentary job but normally have a quite active social life. I play rugby but been out for a while with injuries, because I’m unfit. A vicious circle. The Plan
I know I can do it; I’ve done it before and will do it again.
I go on holiday at the end of this challenge. The perfect motivation.
I haven't been able to do measurements tonight as I tried doing them myself pretty terribly. Nobody is in to help me. I’ll post pictures tomorrow.
I’ll be getting weighed on a Friday’s as this suits me as I can enjoy the weekend more knowing how I’ve done or be extra vigilant if I haven’t done so well.
I started a couple of weeks ago and haven’t been as strict as I know I can, and I’ve lost 4lbs in that time.
Stats as of Friday 11th April[/u]
Height: 5'5
Weight: 14'6
Thanks for reading. Any tips at this early stage are welcome.
