Good luck with this mate. Just remember that consistency is the key, even if you aren't seeing the results you want. They will come.
Keep it up and motivate us all.

Hi Rich
I don't really have time in the morning, counting bowel movements and breakfast ;).
Maybe a Saturday Morning, baring in mind that i very rarely go out on a Friday night... We'll see anyway.
DONT HAVE TIME!!!
All you';ve gotta do is step on the scale and look at a number! Get a grip! :-P

Well, the weigh in came and went...
I topped the scales at 14'6. Meaning i'm the same weight as the first post...
Have to say i'm gutted.
After the last weigh in, i knew i was in for it as it was a long weekend for me and lots to drink / eat etc.. Since then i've not had a drop of alcohol and my diet has been almost perfect.
This week i have had 2 great sessions in the gym (going tomorrow for third) and diet has been almost immaculate.
My diet, almost every day has been,
Oats, nuked in water.
Small tsp of sugar
Bananasauce
2 Slices of 50/50 Bread
A scraping of mayo on each slice (1 tbsp max)
5 slices of bernard mathews turkey
Muller light yogurt
evening meal last night was Chicken Stir Fry with half pack of black bean stir fry sauce. fried in one cal spray stuff.
with a serving of noodles 125g cooked.
Other evening meals have been pasta bolognese with 100g of pasta (dried)
Tonight i'm having chilli with half a bag of boil in bag rice.
I think i said in my first post that it's the evening meal portions that are my biggest problem, (that and hangover day eating) but they've been good.
Eating like i did this week was how i lost 3lbs in my first week. Which is even more frustrating.

Do you have any idea how many calories that adds up to?

semi-rough calculated guess is under 2000 calories definitely

You might need to be a bit more accurate! If you are not losing weight, then you are getting in too many calories. And of course, weigh yourself in the same way each time e.g. first thing on a monday morning after using the toilet etc.

Don't think of it as lack of progress as it's not.
