Do you need help cracking the whip, lardass? Some people seem to be falling behind.

Yes, I have been a bit lenient over the last couple of weeks with work being so hectic. Feel free to kick arse!

You're right to be miffed...

I'm the same weight as last week. No loss.

Haven't ate brilliantly, but not terrible either. Two sessions in the gym, one great, one terrible. I was just exhausted and totally wasted my time going.

Sorry for the brief replies. Ridiculously busy at work.

I think i've just had a session that has re-ignited my love for lifting weights and hopefully losing the lard.

More to follow later. Dinner time

Didn't get chance to post last night.

It was a great session in the gym. I upped all my weights. My form was good and i just enjoyed it. I was walking around buzzing for a change. It reminded me of how much i can enjoy lifting weight. Hopefully this is the kick i needed.

Sorry for wasting your time with this thread so far!

There's plenty excuses including work etc, but they don't justify my attempt so far and that's why i try not to excuse anything i have / haven't done. I guess this culminates in lack of posts...

I think you could do better though. Where are your weaknesses and what could you do to make that 2 lbs+ a week?

There's no doubt i could do better, a hell of a lot better in fact. Just half arsed attempt so far Barcode.

I'm young free and single and haven't been abstaining from my saturday night out.

The drinking isn't as bad as it could be. I drink vodka with a diet mixer when i'm out. Very rarely vodka and orange.
I've lost a lot of weight before by hitting vodka rather than beer.

I don't get kebabs or pizzas or anything like that.
My big problem is hangover days. I crave shit food. Or lots of semi-good food.

The 1lb was being sarcastic because i've done shit so far and maintained the same weight.

The problems so far have been lazyness. After long hours at work, where it's been very busy for 3 weeks, with very little sleep (no reason for that, just one of those things) i've completely relaxed afer work and have slightly over indulged in portions sometimes (not drastically though).
It's weekends that are my problem diet-wise as there's no routine. Whether i'm out on a Saturday night or not.

Loved the gym this week though and i think that will serve as the kick up the arse i needed.

Sounds like you're problem is that you are drinking n, not that you crave bad ffo afterwards although that won't help. Surely you copuld cut it out for at least a month! Lack of sleep is also something you must work on too.
