Don’t get bogged down by the symbols.
The "proper" biochem (not meathead biochem) message is that to build muscle the body not only needs Bricks – bcaa, it also needs Brickies –ribosomes, mRNA etc. and ENERGY to build muscle.
Therefore, don’t just eat protein after a workout, you need carbs as well.
Milk and dairy products are a great source of bcaas
Anthony’s suggested snack after training of a bowl of cereal with milk or malt loaf with milk is a perfect choice if you don’t want to buy expensive supplements.
How is your actual training/eating going? Are you seeing benefits in terms of your weights and stats?
I am def lifting heavier weights, I do see a slight diff in my legs and chest, I think, I will stick at it for few more weeks, then may take pics, but have a good couple of weekends out coming up - and a few street parties :)

I would only take one a day, maybe two portions (two scoops), maybe its not the best thing to take, I don't take it everyday, its more of a 'if i havent had time, or feel I have had enough intake' kinda thing. Though I am starting to take it more during nites.
