That just looks stupid. I thought the point of surgery was that it should look natural? You can tell those are fake from an other planet. In fact, they look like bloody planets.

She looks weird and this is obviously a cry for attention / help.
She also, i'm sorry to say, looks so average without make-up! (which isn't a bad thing but, she looks much better with all the make up).
