Anyone into meditation or have any good relaxtion techniques (drug free please!).
You read all of this stuff about being at one with yourself etc etc or is it nature?!
I can imagine really relaxing and letting go could be a really good experience, or am I talking rubbish?
I do yoga which ends with meditation - I usually fall asleep (for about 1 minute) at the end.
Meditation classes are good - especially Retreats. One reason could be that the ratio of women to men is about 3:1
Sometiumes with Retreats there is a medoitation room which is warm and comfotable and people wander in 3,4,5 am and meditate.
Very peaceful.
If you do go leave your laptop behind!
Yoga classes is a good business too. The class I go to have 13 people in all paying £6 each (cash) and there are several classes a day.....

there is often a few minutes of relaxation after pilates, but I find it really hard to relax lying eyes on the floor closed in a room with others. Much easier at home lying on teh bed or reading a book IMO.
