I don't think you have to start again though, GTA isn't linear apart from the main story... you can do any tasks that are outside the plot whenever you like!

Ah good, I thought I'd missed the chance to do them thus screwing up finishing the game. My bro sort of comfirmed this so I'll go take a look tininght (inbetween eating, the football & the gym :S)
