When are we supposed to start reading this?

i'm in the middle of a good book right now and don't want to break so i can read something else...

As soon as you can I suppose. Claudio started this last week and said people should have a couple of weeks to read it and then we'll start discussing it. I'm in the same situation and the book I'm reading is small print on a lot of pages so it's taking some time to get through!

I sort of agree. I didn't much like the first one by the author but then that's the whole point of the book club - to read stuff you wouldn't normally. You never know, you might like it! Then when it's your turn you can choose somethnig that other people wouldn't normally pick.

We should all post on here any books that we want to read etc....and see if other Mansizers have them. That way we can borrow them from each other and return them if required, keeps the costs down and adds a further sense of community - what you guys say?

Sounds good. Pity I've given away several hundred books over the last year, although they did go to good causes.

@Mick: what would be your first request.
